CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, boil & debone
1 pkg. chips (Doritos)
1 can Rotel tomatoes
Onions, as desired
Cheese slices
1 can cream of chicken soup

Put layer of chicken chunks in bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle with onions. Put layer of chips, cover this with cheese slices. Mix soup and tomatoes; beat well. Put half of soup mixture over this. Repeat same procedure and make 2 layers in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
