TACO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco mix
1 c. water
Doritos (lg. bag)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes (or picante sauce)
1 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 sm. container sour cream

Brown meat and taco mix; drain. Add water and simmer 15 minutes. In another pan, mix soups, tomatoes (or picante), cheese, and sour cream. While still in bag, crush Doritos; alternate each ingredients - meat, soup/cheese mixture, then Doritos. Repeat layers until all used. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve with a salad.
