1 lb. ground meat
1 med. bell pepper
1 med. onion
1 pkg. taco mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 sm. can Rotel tomatoes
1 (9 1/2 oz.) Doritos chips (plain or taco flavor)
1 c. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded

Brown and drain ground meat. Saute Bell peppers and onions. Then mix ground meat with Bell peppers and onions. Add the taco mix. (Do not add water to this package.) Add Rotel tomatoes, cream of mushroom and cream of celery. Mix well and let cook approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Layer Doritos in 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Then pour meat mixture over chips and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle cheese on top. Serves six. Enjoy!
