MELVA'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
5 chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
1 stick of butter
1 c. onions
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies, diced
1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
Taco flavored Doritos

Boil chicken breasts, bone and break into bite size pieces. Over low heat, melt stick of butter and cook onions until tender. Add the soups, broth and Rotel and mix. Add cheese; heat until all of cheese is melted. Use 9 x 12 inch pan; place in layers; a layer of chips, a layer of chicken and 1/2 of sauce. Repeat layers ending with the sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Let set about 10 minutes before serving.
