OLIVE BALLS 
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. flour
1 stick butter, softened
3/4 tsp. red pepper (or a little more)
3/4 tsp. paprika
Stuffed olives, drained

Blend cheese and butter. Add flour and other ingredients. Wrap small amount around olives and make balls. Oil hands to roll balls. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes. These are better to freeze first. Place on cookie sheet until frozen then bag in ziplock. Store in freezer, makes a fast snack. Makes 4 dozen.
