CARROT RAISIN SALAD 
3 c. raw shredded carrots
1 c. seedless raisins
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt

Toss carrots together with raisins. Blend remaining ingredients together to make dressing and mix into carrot-raisin mixture. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes. About 8 servings.
