CHEESY CORN STICKS 
1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
1 1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. Bleu cheese

Mix dry ingredients. Mix milk, oil and cheese. Add to dry ingredients and mix until moistened. Pour into corn stick pans or muffin tins. Bake at 450 degrees for 14 to 18 minutes.

Delicious with hearty stews and soups.
