CRISPY, CHEESY POTATO STICKS 
2 lbs. potatoes
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1/2 c. bread crumbs, dry, fine
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt

Peel potatoes or wash skin so that they may be eaten. Cut lengthwise into quarters. Cut each quarter into thirds. Coat potatoes with butter. Combine crumbs, cheese and seasonings. Roll potatoes in mixture. Place prepared potatoes in single layer on sheet pans. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes or until tender on the inside, crispy on the outside.
