NO COOK TOMATO SAUCE 
1 lb. macaroni, preferably ziti, al dente
2 lg. cans crushed tomatoes
1/4 c. oil (olive oil)
Plenty fresh basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Romano or Parmesan cheese
5-6 cloves garlic, crushed

In bowl, put tomatoes, basil, oil, salt, pepper, and garlic; mix well. Set aside to marinate for about an hour to two.

Cook macaroni al dente. Serve right away, while macaroni is still hot. Top with cheese. Great summer dish! Excellent!
