NO COOK TOMATO SAUCE 
6 med. tomatoes, blanched, peeled, seeded and chopped coarsely
2 tbsp. green onion
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. thyme
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients, except the salt in a bowl. Let the sauce sit for 30 minutes at room temperature. Add salt just before serving.
