BLACK RUSSIAN CAKE | |
1 pkg. dark chocolate cake mix 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding 4 eggs 1/4 c. Kahlua, plus 1 tbsp., divided 1/4 c. strong coffee, plus 1 tbsp., divided 1/4 c. creme de cacao, plus 1 tbsp., divided 3/4 c. oil 1 c. powdered sugar Mix chocolate cake mix, chocolate pudding, eggs, 1/4 cup Kahlua, 1/4 c. strong coffee, 1/4 c. creme de cacao, and oil together well. Pour into greased bundt pan and bake at 325°F for one hour or until done. Test with toothpick or clean knife. Mix powdered sugar, 1 Tbsp. creme de cacao, 1 Tbsp. Kahlua, and 1 Tbsp. strong coffee well. Spoon over warm cake. |
