DARCY'S FAVORITE FRY BREAD 
4 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. dry milk or
1 sm. can milk

Combine dry ingredients; mix. Fill milk powder or canned milk with warm water to make 1 cup liquid. Pour liquid gradually into flour mixture; mix well. Let dough rest in a covered bowl for 30 minutes.

Divide dough into golf ball sized pieces. Roll out flat and round. Fry in hot oil until brown on both sides. Top with refried beans, cheese, lettuce, tomato, honey or salsa.
