CUSTARD FRUIT PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 heaping tsp. flour (or 1 tsp. cornstarch)
1 egg
1 tbsp. butter

Beat egg, sugar, butter, flour and pour over fruit. Rhubarb, cherries, peaches, etc. Place in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 30 more minutes.
