TANGY BROCCOLI JELLO SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. sugar free lemon Jello
1/2 tsp. salt (opt.)
1 c. boiling water
10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli
2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 c. low fat cottage cheese
2 tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared mustard

Cut broccoli into small cubes. Completely dissolve Jello and salt in boiling water. Add broccoli and onion. Stir until broccoli thaws and separates. Add cottage cheese, mayonnaise and mustard. Chill until set. Serves about 6. NOTE: Only 40 calories per serving.
