JELLO MOLD 
1 or 2 sq. pans or jello mold
3/4 c. hot water
3 1/4 c. cold water
Fruit of your choice
1 env. Knox gelatin
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs (save both parts)
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. lemon peel or 3 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar

Mix sugar and gelatin (Knox) in 2-quart saucepan. Beat in milk and egg yolks. Cook over low heat, stirring until thickened. Remove from heat.

In large bowl with mixer at low speed, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in gelatin mixture from pot; set aside. In another bowl at high speed beat egg whites. When done, fold into cheese mixture with lemon juice or peel. Pour over first layer of jello; let set. When sets, add last layer of jello; set, then done.
