RASPBERRY JELLO MOLD 
3 pkgs. raspberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 pkgs. frozen raspberries, (10 oz. size)
2 c. applesauce
3/4 c. slivered almonds or chopped pecans

Stir together gelatin and water until dissolved. Add frozen raspberries. Stir until melted. Add applesauce and nuts. Pour into mold. Dressing: one large package cream cheese, four tablespoons milk, four tablespoons confectioners sugar. Mix in mixer or blender.
