STRAWBERRY MOLD:

1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
2 c. boiling water

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Mix in all other ingredients. Chill until firm.

LEMON & LIME MOLD:

1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 lg. cream cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. whipped cream
2 c. boiling water

Soften cream cheese for 1 hour. Whip cream cheese. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Beat cream cheese and Jello together; add whipped cream and beat again. Fold in pineapple. Chill until firm.

Serves 6-8.
