PARMESAN BULGAR 
1 1/2 c. canned beef broth
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cracked wheat bulgar
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

In saucepan combine broth, Tabasco and salt. Bring to a boil. Stir in bulgar. Remove from heat, cover. Allow liquid to be absorbed and bulgar to become tender. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
