LEMON CHICKEN 
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt, divided
1 tsp. pepper, divided
2 tsp. paprika
1 c. flour
4 chicken breast halves

Mix together lemon juice, water, oil, soy sauce, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Pour over chicken. Cover and chill in refrigerator overnight. Drain chicken on paper towels, reserving marinade. Mix together flour, paprika, and remaining salt and pepper; coat chicken. Shake off excess. Place skin side down in shallow roasting pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn chicken. Pour marinade over it. Bake 30 minutes more.
