CHEESE CAKE 
4 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter
6 eggs
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped (add last)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. lemon juice

CRUST:

Graham cracker or vanilla wafer
Butter

Prepare a 10-inch springform pan. Layer crust. Mix all the cheese cake ingredients together. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes or until firm and golden. Enjoy!
