CHEESE CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water

Dissolve jello and cool until it thickens slightly.

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix these together very thoroughly and add the thickened jello and 1 cup cream, whipped.

1 cup graham cracker crumbs or vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted

1 box frozen strawberries
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix together water and cornstarch. Add berries; bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil for a few minutes and pour over cheesecake while still warm.
