BAKED MACARONI 
1 lb. elbow macaroni
6-8 oz. extra sharp Cheddar
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Bacon
Salt
Pepper
Chopped onions (optional)
Bell peppers (optional)
Mushrooms (optional

Cook and drain macaroni. Grate Cheddar. Mix Cheddar, tomato sauce, chopped vegetables, if desired. Place in casserole dish or shallow roasting pan, cover with strips of bacon. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until bacon is done.
