1 c. macaroni
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

In saucepan, combine tomato sauce, garlic, parsley, oregano and basil. Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Crumble sausage and fry; drain. Saute onion and pepper in fat until soft. Drop macaroni in boiling water and boil 6 to 7 minutes. Drain. Combine macaroni, tomato sauce mixture, sausage, onion, and green pepper. Pour into 2-quart baking dish and top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
