SNOWBALL COOKIES 
2 c. all purpose flour
2 c. finely chopped pecans
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
Powdered sugar

Heat oven to 325 degrees. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except powdered sugar. Beat at low speed scraping bowl often, until well mixed (3 to 4 minutes). Shape rounded teaspoons of dough into 1 inch balls. Place on cookie sheets. Bake for 18 to 25 minutes or until very lightly browned. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
