1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Mix all ingredients together. Use this to marinate beef (especially good with London Broil) or chicken on the grill. Marinate several hours or overnight.
