3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. oatmeal
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat oil, sugars, and eggs until smooth. Then add remaining ingredients; mix well. Bake at 375 degrees for 13 minutes.
