SALMON CROQUETTES 
1 can salmon and liquid
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
Crushed corn flakes
1 tsp. baking powder

Flake salmon; stir in eggs and salt. Blend in enough crumbs to make firm mixture; blend in baking powder. Shape into croquettes; roll in crumbs. Fry in small amount of fat until browned. Yields 8 servings.
