HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes
1 stick butter (melted)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz) container of sour cream
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased casserole dish. Top with paprika and more grated cheese if desired.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
