HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE | |
32 oz. pkg. Ore Ida frozen hash browns 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. onion, chopped fine 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 pt. sour cream 2 c. grated cheddar cheese 2 c. crushed Corn Flakes 1/2 c. melted butter Break up potatoes. Blend remaining ingredients (except Corn Flakes and 1/2 cup butter) and mix with potatoes. Pour mixture into 13 x 8 1/2 inch casserole. Mix 2 cups crushed Corn Flakes and 1/2 cup melted butter. Spread over potatoes and bake. Makes 10 servings. |
