SUNNY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
5 c. sliced potatoes
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. pimento
1/2 lb. Velveeta
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. green peppers
1/4 c. onion

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat potatoes with combined flour and seasonings. Place in buttered casserole dish. Heat cheese and milk over low heat. Add green peppers, onion and pimientos. Pour cheese sauce over potatoes. Bake 50 minutes.
