FRESH PEACH CAKE 
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. self-rising flour
3 c. peaches, peeled and diced
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. coconut

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 tsp. peach puree (use blender)
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake 1 hour. Remove from oven. Let stand in pan for 10 minutes. Then place on cooling rack. Cool completely. Mix frosting and spoon over cake.
