FRESH PEACH POUND CAKE 
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. self-rising flour
3 c. peaches, peeled and chopped (4 med., firm peaches)
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in order listed. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake 1 hour. Let stand in pan for 10 minutes. Place on cooling rack. Cool completely. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
6 tsp. peach juice puree (1 peach in blender)
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix frosting ingredients together and spoon over top of cool cake.
