PEACH POUND CAKE | |
1 c. butter 3 c. sugar 6 eggs 3 c. flour 1/4 tsp. baking soda 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. sour cream 2 c. finely chopped, peeled peaches 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 tsp. almond extract Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Mix together in a separate bowl the flour, baking soda and salt. In another bowl mix sour cream, chopped peaches, vanilla and almond extracts. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream/peach mix to the creamed ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 70 minutes in a Pam sprayed bundt pan. |
