FRESH PEACH POUND CAKE 
2 c. peaches, peeled, chopped & well drained
1 c. butter, softened
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10" tube pan and set aside.

Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour, soda and salt in a separate bowl. Add to cream mixture alternately with sour cream, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Fold in peaches; stir in vanilla and almond extract. Pour into prepared tube pan and bake for 75 to 80 minutes or until cake tests done. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
