PEACH POUND CAKE 
3 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
6 eggs
3 c. flour, sifted
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. pureed peaches
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Combine sugar and butter. Cream until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Sift together dry ingredients.

Combine sour cream and peaches. Add dry ingredients to cream mixture alternately with sour cream. Beat well. Stir in extracts.

Pour into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until cake tests done.
