PEACH RELISH | |
3 c. peaches (1 1/2 c. puree, 1 1/2 c. chopped) 2 c. sugar 1 c. cider vinegar 1 tbsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/4 tsp. ground cloves Combine peaches and all other ingredients. Heat to boiling over high heat. Reduce to medium and cook 20 minutes. Spoon into hot jars, seal, cook in boiling water for 15 minutes for half pints. |
