1 (48 oz.) jar Randall brand cooked Great Northern beans
1 1/2 lbs. chop suey meat (or lean diced pork)
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
3 tbsp. regular mustard
1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 lg. sweet onion, chopped

Mix together the beans, chop suey meat, salt, pepper, catsup, mustard, brown sugar, and onions. Bake at 300 degrees, uncovered, for 5-6 hours. Bake covered the last hour.
