BAR-B-Q PORK CHOPS 
1 1/4 c. water
3/4 c. white vinegar
1 c. ketchup
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
Pork chops - 10 (1/2 inch thick), put in lg. bowl

In saucepan put all ingredients except pork chops. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool and pour over chops in bowl. Refrigerate for several hours. Arrange chops in shallow baking pan and pour sauce over. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Baste occasionally.
