FISHER'S FANCY CHOPS AND
POTATOES
 
6 pork chops
2 c. white sauce
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. parsley
8 potatoes (sliced)
Salt and pepper

Brown pork chops. Mix above ingredients alternately with potatoes. Top with browned chops. Bake at 375 for 1 1/4 hours, covered.
