MICROWAVE FANCY BAKED CHICKEN 
2 c. boiling water
1 c. bulgur wheat
1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. paprika
2 whole med. chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 lbs.), skinned, boned and halved lengthwise

In a 1 quart microwave safe casserole combine water, bulgur, bouillon granules and pepper. Cook in microwave oven, covered, on 100 percent power (high) for 4 or 5 minutes or until bulgur is done, stirring once.

In a 1 cup glass measure cook butter uncovered, on high, for 45 seconds.

Combine bread crumbs, cheese, garlic powder and paprika. Brush meaty side of each chicken pieces with some of melted butter. Coat same side with crumb mixture. Place chicken, crumb side up on microwave- safe rack in microwave safe dish. Cook on high 6-7 minutes until chicken is tender. Serve with bulgur mixture.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
