1 can cherry pie filling
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 can condensed milk
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix and pour into 9 x 12 (glass) pan. Chill 1 to 2 hours. Serve.
