PEACH PIE WITHOUT CRUST 
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. butter

Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter with blender or pastry knives into coarse crumbs. Mix 4 cups peeled sliced fresh peaches with 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind.

Press 1 cup mixture into bottom and sides of buttered pan. Spoon peach mixture over crumbs. Cover with rest of crumbs mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
