POT ROAST 
3 1/2 - 4 lb. rump roast
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 env. Lipton Onion Soup
1 thinly sliced onion (optional)

This is a slow cooker recipe.

Put roast in pot. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. (Do NOT add water.) Cover pot. Cook on medium for 7-9 hours or until roast is well done and tender. (You may use a meat thermometer.) Meat juices may be used for gravy.
