BRAN CEREAL BREAD 
2 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. low fat milk
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. bran flakes

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt. Combine eggs, milk, and honey; add to flour mixture. Add butter and mix well. Fold in cereal.

Bake at 350 degrees in an 8x4 loaf pan for about 1 hour, or until tester comes out clean. Cool and serve at room temperature.
