CHICKEN WINGS 
3 to 3 1/2 lbs. chicken wings
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed

Cut chicken wings and prepare sauce by combining all of the above ingredients. Marinate wings in refrigerator 1 hour. Place on ungreased broiler pan and bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Turn and brush on remaining sauce and bake 30 minutes more.
