2 lbs. boneless chicken cutlets
1/2 c. dry cooking sherry
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Place chicken in covered dish. Pour the rest of the ingredients onto chicken. Place lid on dish. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
