2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 c. salad dressing

Mix dry ingredients together. Mix 1 cup boiling water and 1 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing (may use lite Miracle Whip to watch cholesterol) together in a separate bowl. Add this to dry ingredients and mix until smooth of lumps. Add 1 tsp. vanilla to mixture. Do not beat. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake in 2 layer cake pans for 25 to 30 minutes. Perfect for cupcakes also.
