PASTA CON BROCCOLI 
1 box cavatelli or similar pasta
4 oz. sliced mushrooms, sauteed in butter
6 tbsp. butter
1 pt. heavy cream
2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 bunches broccoli, cut into pieces, cooked and drained
Salt and pepper and garlic powder to taste

Melt butter, slowly add cream cheese and seasonings. Stir until all cheese is melted. Add broccoli and mushrooms. Cook the cavatelli according to package directions. Drain; add sauce and serve. Serves 8-10.
