INSIDE-OUT RAVIOLI 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
10 oz. pkg. chopped spinach
15 1/2 oz. spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
8 oz. can tomato sauce
6 oz. can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
7 oz. pkg. shell or elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
4 oz. American cheese, shredded
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 well beaten eggs
1/4 c. oil

Brown ground beef, onion and garlic. Cook spinach according to directions. Drain, reserving liquid. Add water to make 1 cup liquid. Add spinach liquid and spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt and pepper to meat. Simmer 10 minutes.

Combine spinach and macaroni, cheese, crumbs, eggs and oil. Spread in 9x13 inch pan. Top with meat sauce mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes.
