INSIDE OUT RAVIOLIS | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion Garlic salt to taste 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach 1 qt. Ragu (or your own) 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. sm. shells, cooked and drained 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated 1/2 c. bread crumbs 2 well beaten eggs 1/4 c. oil Brown beef, onion and garlic salt. Cook spinach, following directions on package. Drain. Combine spinach, shells, cheeses and bread crumbs, eggs and oil. Spread in a 9 x 12 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. |
